Job Time : The normal turn around time is 24 hours. However it is possible to send earlier too in case of an urgency. Please let us know the date and time when you need the art so that we can quote and schedule it accordingly.

Accuracy : We will use our best efforts to replicate your graphic art as closely as possible. However, there may be slight differences. The clarity of submitted art does directly affect the output and the finished version. For good quality of the finished art we suggest that you provide detailed instructions including font names.

We may substitute any unknown fonts for any similar type face. But if you wish to keep the original font please mention it on placing the order.

Ordering Process : You send us the images to be converted by email / FTP, we will send back the re-created artwork and invoice. If you send us jobs on regular basis we will raise invoice by the end of the week or month and you can make the payment by credit card.

In case you need a quote before we begin work, please specify when sending the image. We will quote for the same and wait for you to send us an approval. Once approved, we will follow the process above.
